Papercreator New Challenge

It's time yet again for another challenge over at Papercreator and this time the theme is weddings and anniversaries. So I've used this tongue in cheek set called Perfect Pair

I've used the backing paper and the pear topper and I've then printed and cut the small flower out 3 times from one of the smaller toppers and added buttons and ribbon.
The sentiment is a stamp by Whimsy.
If you like the lime green ribbon I have it for sale in my eBay listing - HERE

Happy creating
Debbie x

Fairytale Friday

Image: TEDDYBEA_277 (precoloured)
Background: Birds Cards Cut file
Sentiments: Whimsy Cards & Blonde Moments
Card Base: Silhouette Cameo

Can't believe it's Friday round again already. Although it's a good day as it's sausage and chips day so hubby doesn't need a pack up.
I just managed to sneak in with my card this morning as I've been having awful laptop issues again this week - fingers crossed it seems on so far today.
I've managed to blag the stall next to some real live owls tomorrow at a craft fair I'm doing so am really really excited - I have been instructed to sneak one home as hubby would love one as a pet - not gonna happen!!

Nom Nom Nom

Who doesn't love a cupcake - not sure I'd like one with a mouse peering out of it though lol!
This is another cute pre-coloured Sassy Cheryl image from Papercreator. You should really nip over and look at the choice and it takes the headache out of colouring all the fiddly bits and choosing a colour scheme.

The sentiment is made from the Whimsy Scrabble Tiles Alphabet

The end is coming.....................................

Of the school year here in England anyway - I've used these 2 cute images by Sassy Cheryl available pre coloured from Papercreator for my cards today - am loving these pre-coloured ones as I can magically keep between the lines!

With Sympathy

I really dislike making and sending this type of card but it's a necessity sometimes unfortunately.

papers are both by Michele Roos from Whimsy Stamps and sentiment by Imagine That stamps.
I resized the papers layered them onto black card to create a border and stamped the greeting.

Catch up May birthday cards

 Marvin the Monkey from Pollycraft
Not sure about this one - Designed to Delight maybe? Ticket by Whimsy
Lili of the Valley and Cuddly Buddly Sentiment
Pollycraft and Blonde Moments sentiment

I've been a rubbish blogger so far this month and I have a lot of birthdays so lots of cards have left Padster towers - anyhoo here they all are.

And I have a new stamp for the back of my cards from Nicky at Stamping All Day there's a huge choice of verses and they're really reasonable - I ordered this one and had it in a couple of days.

A little bit of news

Today would normally be my day for Whimsy Inspiration but due to my micro craft business taking up more of my time I'm just not able to make a card a week and comment on challenge entries so have sadly made the decision to resign.
I've also been using  ready coloured images and my Silhouette machine a load more recently so I was over the moon when Debbie asked me if I would like to join the Papercreator Design Team especially as she is a licensed Sassy Cheryl reseller so I no longer have to struggle to her digis justice.

I've used Noah All Ears Kit to make my card and added some stars cut with a Sizzix Framelits die and Letters from a Whimsy Stamp set. I've printed Noah himself onto photo paper which gives him a tiny bit of shine

New Whimsy Challenge - Anything Goes

We have a new challenge starting today at Whimsy Inspires and it's a nice easy theme of anything goes. I've tried something different here today and printed my paper directly onto my card then cut it out to form the card base on my Silhouette. Fortunately my printer and I were friends when I made this one.

I've used one of this month's new releases called Gardening by Lia Stampz and added a stamped sentiment that I've had for absolutely ages. The button is a Sizzix Die cut.

Up and Away with Whimsy

I've used Hot Air Balloons by Moon Cookie Gallery for my card today - there are actually 4 separate designs but I only had room for 3 here. The sentiment is also from Whimsy and is part of the Everyday mini Postage Stamp Set. The paper is an old offcut of a My Mind's Eye 12x12 sheet. I wonder if I can squeeze another card out of the left over bits lol!

Lickle Bear

Sometimes you just don't end up with the card you started off with. This was originally supposed to be a Teddy Bea card but I was having one of those days when nothing was coming out the printer the right size.

I printed this cute little Meljen's bear almost a year ago and finally coloured him during the week when I was throwing a hissy fit as the lawnmower wouldn't start (turns out you have to put petrol in the thing!).

The card base with the branch is from birdscards.com although I made my own flowers with my EK success punch and added a Whimsy sentiment.

I would like to enter this into Ready Teddy GoOpus GlueiDi's Digi Designs

I've used Toy Plane by Lia Stampz this week which is available from the Whimsy Store together with all the other new releases. The letters were cut with the Sizzix Man Oh Man Alphabet die set.

Teddy Bo almost Saturday

Image: TEDDYBEA_098
Card Base: Silhouette Cameo

I had this week planned out almost to the hour but it all went wrong yesterday when I was running round clearing up after you lot and had to take tall child to the Orthodontist.
I was late picking her up then he told her she would be having a fixed brace next visit and would possibly have to have teeth removed to get them all in line - queue major wobbly!!!!

Stupidly I suggested we went shopping on the way back to spend her birthday money (which she hasn't had yet) - 2 hours later a fair bit stood outside the changing rooms in Primark.
Nipped into Morrisons on the way home for 4 packets of Scotch Pies and 2 Haggis and finally got home at half 5 then realised I'd done no ironing and no-one had any shirts.

I was going to get my card done first thing this morning but woke up feeling like Mrs Rank  from Rank Street in Rank Town so finally got it done this afternoon.
Anyhoo you still have a few days to enter our anything goes challenge at Teddy Bo before we have a new bumper release of bears on Tuesday and a brand new bouncy challenge.

I would like to enter Ready Teddy Go - mum's the word
