Late again for Papercreator

I was full of good intentions to be on time this month unfortunately my laptop decided to die again so I couldn't get anything uploaded and hubby wasn't in a fit state to fix it! - anyway enough of my bleating.

It's a new challenge over at Papercreator at the moment with a theme of die cuts and punches. I've used the kick it kit for my card what I really like is you don't have to use the whole kit for each card so for this one I just used one layer from the decoupage sheet (rest to be used on card for next week - squeak!) which I cut out with my largest circle nestie (wobbly circle cutting) the stars are a Sizzix framelits die and the border is Nellie Snellen I think. Circle card base cut with Silhouette cameo (still bestest birthday present ever!)

The end is coming.....................................

Of the school year here in England anyway - I've used these 2 cute images by Sassy Cheryl available pre coloured from Papercreator for my cards today - am loving these pre-coloured ones as I can magically keep between the lines!

Whimsy Wednesday

Today is my Whimsy Inspires post and it also happens to be my ex-husband's birthday. I made tall child this card to send to him and will be buying socks etc for her to deliver next time she sees him as we live 150 miles away.

I've used Toy Plane by Lia Stampz this week which is available from the Whimsy Store together with all the other new releases. The letters were cut with the Sizzix Man Oh Man Alphabet die set.

Whimsy Inspires a Geek!

I thought this image was perfect for the front of a notebook and found this offcut of alphabet paper to go underneath - clean and simple just how I like things :0)

Bo with no Legs

Where do you find Bo with no legs??????
Exactly where you left him ROFL
I hadn't cropped any images for a while and decided this one was perfect although there was a dodgy moment with his arm when it refused to poke out of the Nestie properly.

Have you joined our latest Anything Goes challenge over at the Teddy Bo Challenge Blog?

20 minuters

2 cards made in 20 minutes - don't you just love Dustin Pike's freebie coloured images?
These were just perfect for 12 year old boys.

This one took a little longer but not much. The image was from Pollycraft and I know it has been sitting in my printed out digi folder for at least 9 months

New Whimsy Challenge

I haven't used a Christmas image for my card but have filled the wagon with Christmas trees stars and snowflakes - I do like to be able to use images for more than one thing.

Halloween Dragon

I love a freebie but I really love a Whimsy freebie. I've completely forgotten how old my friends grandson is going to be so bottled the age and layered the sentiment on a couple of die cuts to fill the space :0)
Wasn't sure what colour dragons feet are.................my tall child would probably say skin coloured just like yours mother!

Didn't know what to say so made this card for a friend who recently lost her son.

Thank You!

My lovely friend Rainmac ordered a lot of keyrings and some Disney Christmas ornaments so I made her a card to go in with it.
The image is from High Hopes and as you can see is quite small as the finished card is 4x4

Fairytale Friday Again

It was so miserable on Monday afternoon when I made this that I got a bit carried away with the bright colours lol!
Fortunately tall child hadn't wanted to go on the trip to the theme park as it was throwing it down with rain and most of the kids on the bus were sick - Nice Not!

Fairytale friday

It's Friday again and I still have no idea where my life is disappearing to.
Have you entered our sketch challenge and DT call at Teddy Bo yet? If not why not as we need some more victims for our weekly exploits at the Towers

I've kind of cannibalised the sketch but it's just about there - Boo is my tall child's nickname so expect she'll snaffle this.
