Another challenge at Papercreator

I've been even more rubbish than usual at blogging later I'm finding it increasingly difficult to keep all the balls in the air at once and it's so much easier with Facebook and Twitter coz I can do that straight from my phone.

Anyhow enough whining I'm hoping the sky looks like as I'm doing my very first outdoor market stall at Driffield and have now started selling ribbon by the metre to get people to stand and rummage at my stall.

The challenge at Papercreator today is flowers and bows on my card I've used:
Image: A penny for your thoughts
Backing Paper: Pink Petticoat
Grass: Card embossed with Cuttlebug daisy embossing folder
Flowers: Papermania
Bows: Meiflower
Sentiment: Bo Bunny Birthday CD

Fairytale Friday

Image: TEDDYBOBEA_TABS002 Three Little Piggies
Paper: My Minds Eye
Sentiment Stamp: Lili of the Valley
Box: Silhouette

It's Friday again and we're now near to the end of the first week of the school holidays here in the UK - I'm not quite bankrupt yet but ask me again next week.

We have new images as well as a new challenge and a SALE so nip over to the challenge blog to check it out. I've used a really really old image today but with 3 little piggies you get 3 tags you can separate and then enlarge one to make a matching card.

Now for something completely different

I've been lusting over this stamp for absolutely ages and imagine my delight when I found it reduced to one our English pounds in the Range a couple of weeks ago along with the hydrangea one. I don't normally do grown up flowers but I luuuurve tulips and hydrangeas.

I also used a really odd promarker colour combination as I wanted them a reddy orange to go with the My minds eye papers so tried burnt orange, spice and lipstick read

Thinking

It's amazing what you find when you have a rummage. I know I printed this off at least 9 months ago as that's when I packed my craft room up to move but needs must when the printer's dry.

Paper: Memory Box

Daisy Silhouette

I'm in love with a machine lol!
I can now make tags as big as I like (within reason) - tag and sentiment tab both cut on my Silhouette - have had to invest in some more shelves as I've run out of room on my desk.

I would like to share this with:
Flutterby Wednesday - fave colour (purple)
Addicted to stamps - make your mark - image coloured with promarkers
Paper Pretties - punches (butterfly punch)
Whimsy - Anything Goes

Lili of the Valley Swing

I just love the cute dog in this image and think it would have been me as a small child if the dog could have got on the swing with me.

I've used My Minds Eye papers with my Tim Holtz doily die.

I would like to share this with:

Another Ignored Tilda

Dodgy weather here again today - guess we had our summer on 28th May!!
That's my excuse for my fuzzy picture anyway :c)
EDIT: I took a new pic but it's still a tad furry - hey ho!

The layout is from Frosted Designs
There are 2 lots of 3 things as hubby would say for the Love to Create Challenge
and Lavender and Lace for the Anything Goes challenge
I've dug out some capsule collection papers and this Tilda stamp for the Incy Wincy Dust it off theme
so I would like to enter my soft focussed card into those challenge please.

D'Arcy Day - Mid Challenge

Now much as I hate to use the "O" word I have a sneaky suspicion that I may have a wee bit of packing to do in the next few weeks so made this last week while I had some time :c)
I also seem to be running backwards and forwards to school to pick up tall child who is in the school netball team - she sure doesn't get that from me!
Don't let anyone tell you I don't use my distress inks - they make a great card stand lol!

Paper: Memory Box Gossamer
Punch: MS Beaded Arcs
Pearls: Meiflower
Stickles Ribbons and Lace from Stash
Chocolate Box Bow Tutorial - Bev Rochester (I can now tie proper ones).

Fairytale Friday - Feeling hungry?

I liked the challenge so much I made another one although I did think I had 2 puds and no coffee to start off with lol! Once again I've missed the challenge deadline for the sketch which was Pixie Cottage - not having a great week with challenge deadlines!

Recipe: TEDDYBEA_193
Starter: Pink and Cream
Main: Butterflies ( First Edition Papers)
Dessert: Ribbon
Coffee: Charm (Meiflower)

Please remind me never to list that many items on eBay ever again - I posted 10 parcels on Wednesday, 14 on Thursday and hopefully as this posts I will have received the rest of the pennies so I can send the final ones out!

Hugs
Debbie xx

A noseless one

I now have a very small collection of Tildas and boy is this one small!!!
It really does make her difficult to use on a relatively unfussy card so I went for busy paper it's First Edition but I have no idea which pad :c)

The dies cuts have been embossed with a Craft Concepts folder called wings - now used :c)
The little butterflies are a green woodware punch
Sentiment by Craftwork cards
Sticky gems and Pearls from Meiflower

Hope you had a great day!!
As it's tall child's birthday tomorrow we went go-karting and even though I only watched we had a great time - it was much more civilised to take a group of almost 12 year olds out than have a screaming hall full of small people although I drew the short straw and had a car full of giggling yapping girls for an hour lol!

I would like to enter:
Alphabet challenge - Busy bugs
Crafty Catz - punches & dies
Poodles parlour - Happy Birthday
DYSU - things with wings
Flutterby Wednesday - open

Hugs
Debbie
