When I saw the Sketch and theme at Pixie Cottage this week I just had to enter plus the posty very kindly delivered my prize from winning a challenge at Crafty Emmas Store so I didn't need to trek up the stairs to get a stamp out.
Tall child (formerly known as small child) will be 11 on Friday and decided this was the stamp she wanted on her birthday card so I killed 2 birds with one stone.
The paper is Dovecraft Tea Party and i went a bit mad with the stickles - there are 3 lots on here although I'm not keen on the distress ones round the sentiment. I've finally found the secret to stickling - apply then walk away and resist the urge to fiddle lol!
I would also like to enter him into 2 sisters Teddy Bear picnic challenge and Sew Many Challenges - stars

Make the Cut at I Did it Creations
This week at I Did it Creations we have a nice easy challenge for you. We want to see you use die cuts or punches on your projects. Our sponsor this week is Floppy Latte and I've used this gorgeous design called Tea Time Stacked Tea Cups
I've tried something different this time, I printed the image out twice in the same size and used peony nesties to cut 2 spotlights out of one of them. I coloured the bottom one using just pale blue promarkers, coloured in the die cuts and layered them on foam tape.
I used an off cut of the Tea House papers and another die cut to decorate the inside and even added a tea bag!

Back to Normal with Hobby Art Bears
This is another cute little fella (well kind of small if I'm honest bless him) Very simple here with Tea House papers from Crafty Emmas and a Personal Impressions sentiment.
Cute Pink & Girly
Pink is so not me but love these Forever Friends Spring papers and thought they went so well with this cute Bildmalarna stamp from Bunnie Zoe's. I've layered her onto a couple of Nellie Snellen die cuts. Sentiment is a Personal Impressions stamp.

Teddy Bo Tuesday
Well that's another fortnight over again and it's time for a new challenge at the Teddy Bo Challenge !
This time round we have a colour theme for you of duck egg blue and brown which fortunately are 2 of my faves :c). I love this cute huggy image of Bea and her furry friend available at Teddy Bo and thought the sentiment from Create with TLC was just so appropriate.
The layout is from The Sweet Stop although I put my sentiment where one of the flowers should be and added an extra one at the top. The background paper is DCWV Linen closet (very hard to cut into) and the flowers are cut from Dovecraft Tea house which I've also layered the sentiment onto.
There are some new images for you again this week even us DT haven't seen them yet but I'm sure they'll be just as gorgeous as all the others. Plus if you win this week you can have more bears to play with as bears are the prize this time round.
Please hop over to the challenge blog to see what the other girls have been up to and leave them some love.
Challenges:
Digital Tuesday - Punches
My Time To Craft - Hats
Partytime Tuesday - Anything Goes
Incy wincy - punches or dies

Bingo! with a sketch by my tall child
Abby doesn't really make many cards but is full of ideas and drew this sketch for me - I've adapted it a little mainly because I started with a square card so couldn't put the text where she wanted it.
I also used the MSE Bingo challenge and chose line 2
Square - Star - Buttons
This is what I ended up with:
Sorry about the rubbish photo but she was in a hurry to see it posted lol! She's going to give it to her step-mum for her birthday
Image - Sugar Nellie Sassy Fairytale
Papers - Dovecraft Back to Basics II
Sentiment - Lili of the Valley
Challenges:
One Stop - birthday card
Card Making Mamas - happy birthday
Stampin with the Dragon - birthdays

Don't be Square at One Stitch at a Time
Our challenge this week at OSAAT was chosen by Nat and she has asked to see anything but square cards. I layered this gorgeous image from Kelley's Kids onto a CD completely forgetting how difficult they are to take pictures of lol!
I've decoupaged her, added diamond glaze with silver glitter, some gems and sakura pens for even more sparkle. The ribbon was a bargain from Tesco after Xmas - 25p for 4 metres
I had 45 wonderful comments on my card for last week to enter by blog candy so I gave them to Random org to chew on and he spat out No 11 which was Liz from laceribbonsbuttonsandbows - will be in touch for your address hun!
Please hop on over to the challenge blog to see what the other girls have created this week and to check out this week's fantastic sponsors

Happy Birthday OSAAT + mini candy
One Stitch at a Time is a year old this week and we're celebrating by having a birthday bash so there's loads of sponsors and loads of prizes for our theme of use pretty things. Work has really got in the way of my playtime this week so I kind of emptied my embellishment box over the desk and then got out the glue dots lol!
The image is Ms Lambchop by Robyn's Fetish and the paper just peeking round the edges is MME Penny Lane which I've been stroking for ages lol! There was originally going to be a birthday sentiment on this but I couldn't squash it on anywhere :c)
As a little birthday gift to you I have some candy that I will send to someone I randomly pick from the comments left while the challenge is running so please leave a comment if you wish to win it (at the time I'm writing this I haven't quite decided what it's gonna be but we all like surprises lol!)
Challenges:
Paper sundaes - recipe (flowers & pink)
Little Claires - anything goes
Mami Doodles - flowers
Stampin with the dragon - anything goes
EDIT:
Here's a pic of my candy (bear not included coz he's mine lol!)

Bling it On at IDIC
This week we want to see your bling at I Did It creations - the more the better - this took me ages partly coz I don't really do the whole bling thing but mainly coz I forgot how many weeks stickles take to dry. I'm not the most patient person on the planet so kept touching it to check.
You can see my Beary Dust bear bling better on this pic - flowers are silver & lilac sakura pens - halo is sakura pen plus glitter - the wings are loose holo glitter stuck on with diamond glaze ( Note to self: dries much quicker than stickles so will be use in future)
Nasty slow Frosted Lace stickles were used on the outside of the image and on the sentiment from Hero Arts and I added just a few pearls stuck it together in a twisted easel having covered the card blank with MME Penny Lane for yet more bling :c)
Challenges:
Aly's Sunday Challenge - bling bling
Crafty Emma - Cute & Cuddly
Stamping Vacation - monochrome purples

Stuffed Toys
I was lucky enough to win a voucher for Doodle Pantry a couple of months ago and finally got round to colouring this gorgeous set that I chose as part of my prize.
The challenge at Doodle Pantry is use a Doodle Pantry image I hope they like what I've done with them.
I've used papers from the same set in different colours by Pink Petticoat on each card. The sentiments on the teddy & bunny are Lili of the Valley Stamps and the kitty has a craftwork cards one.
Pink Teddy Bo Tuesday
Another fortnight round again - I can remember my mother telling me my life would get faster and faster the older I got and it pains me to say she was right even though I disagreed at the time. We're feeling pink at the Teddy Bo challenge this week although Bo said he wasn't keen on being dressed like a girl - told him to get on with and get in touch with his feminine side LOL! I think rose pink rather suits him.........
Here he is in close up complete with flower and gem button on his jumper. The letters are cut using Sizzix Round-a-bout alphabet dies from the Papermania Scrumptious paper pack.
Bea has gems on her hat as well. I have loads of different colours in several sizes that I got off eBay sent direct from Hong Kong I think or maybe Thailand - know it was that end of the world somewhere :c)
Both images are available from Teddy Bo and as it's Tuesday there are some new ones there as well so maybe you could invest in a couple and join in this weeks challenge.
Challenges:
Lexis - down to the woods (bears)
Critter Sketch - critters
Craft Your Passion - anything goes
Simon Says........... - some embossing

A change from Bears!
I seem to have been stitching this for ages even though it's quite a small design.
There is a 2nd design in the pack so I will wait to get him framed till I've done that one plus I have a Lickle Ted one to stitch for my friends grand baby due in April. I really find it difficult starting something new on a blank piece of fabric but will bite the bullet once I've had my tea. I have the same trouble opening a new book does that make me weird??????? Don't answer that LOL!
