Almost 4th July

We're all patriotic over at I Did it Creations this week so I've used red white and blue together with this fantastic digi image from this weeks sponsor Beary Dust. You can buy her fantastic images at Stitchy Bear Stamps. I've kept it simple just colouring the bears themselves and adding some die cut stars. The sentiment is from Imagine That stamps.

Monochrome

We're seeing all in one colour at I Did It Creations this week with a theme of monochrome and being sponsored by Beary Dust. I've used her gorgeous image called Naptime on my card that you can buy at Stitchy Bear Stamps. I printed it out on white card but coloured it with an ivory promarker to match my creamy colour theme.
Lots of layers and a lot of Zig Zag Martha Stewart punching to finish it off with buttons and a flower from my stash

Bling it On at IDIC

This week we want to see your bling at I Did It creations - the more the better - this took me ages partly coz I don't really do the whole bling thing but mainly coz I forgot how many weeks stickles take to dry. I'm not the most patient person on the planet so kept touching it to check.
You can see my Beary Dust bear bling better on this pic - flowers are silver & lilac sakura pens - halo is sakura pen plus glitter - the wings are loose holo glitter stuck on with diamond glaze ( Note to self: dries much quicker than stickles so will be use in future)
Nasty slow Frosted Lace stickles were used on the outside of the image and on the sentiment from Hero Arts and I added just a few pearls stuck it together in a twisted easel having covered the card blank with MME Penny Lane for yet more bling :c)

Challenges:
Aly's Sunday Challenge - bling bling
Crafty Emma - Cute & Cuddly
Stamping Vacation - monochrome purples

More Old Stash, New Stash at OSAAT

Another Christmas card from me using Beary Dust's image called Aphrodite that you can buy from Stitchy Bear Stamps. We have fabulous prizes this week again so get creating and join in over at OSAAT for your chance to win some goodies.
Although I've used lots of layers on this card I've kept it fairly flat to reduce the postage on our extortionate charges here in the UK - anything thicker than 5mm is charged extra.

I would like to enter her into:
Saturday challenge, Challenge up your life, Sundays with Chrissy, Crafty Anns, Delicious Doodles, Sew Many Challenges and Design Dollies

Blanket Bear

Just in case you hadn't noticed I love bears and this one with his blankie is particularly cute - you can get him and some more of his furry friends from Beary Dust at Stitchy Bear Stamps.  He's been cut out an layered with foam pads onto brown Core'dinations and kraft paper scalloped ovals. The paper is Papermania Scrumptious, the embossing is the cuttlebug polka dots folder and the sentiment if that's what you want to call it is a cuttlebug die.
I would like to enter him into:
Riley & Co - Cut it out and pop it up
Order of the Opus Gluei - Make someone smile
Crafty cardmakers - Love heart picture inspiration

Total Eclipse of the Card!

Stitchy is a tad obsessed with the Twilight saga in every shape or form and in honour of the release of the 3rd film Eclipse she has released a set of bookmarks which you can buy here The one I've used is only available if you buy them as set rather than individually.
Although I love the books, the characters in the films just don't look like my Cullens. My Bella looks more like this: (yes I know she should be wearing a blue off the shoulder dress!)
This gorgeous image is Esemea by Beary Dust also available from Stitchy Bear Stamps and the background paper is Gothic Bruise by Crafty Chaos Design.
I got a bit carried away with sparkle. The piano is painted using mica paints, I added frosted lace stickles to her dress, glitter on her shoes and gems all over the place. The flowers are Prima E-Line coloured with Promarkers to match.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
Pocket Full of Posies - One for the Girls
C.R.A.F.T. - Purple & Green with Gems
Paperplay - Child or Teenagers card (think all girls are either team Edward or team Jacob!)
Glitterbabe - Sparkley
Totally Papercrafts - One for the Girls

Final Father's Day Card

I'm sure my step dad isn't bothered whether he gets a Father's Day card, if it arrives too early or even a bit late - my mother however is a completely different story. She has been known to complain that I've sent cards early in the past - bless her
The cute little furry guy is a Beary Dust digi called Napping available from Stitchy Bear Stamps - here
I have no idea what the paper is as it was an odd bit from my Xmas stash (see below if you think I've lost the plot lol!)
There are loads of father's day and cards for men challenges around at the moment for some strange reason so I would like to enter it into:
Crafty Cardmakers, Incy Wincy, Cupcake Crafts, Totally Stampalicious, Magical Crafts, C.R.A.F.T and Cards for Men
