My husband asked me to make a retirement card for someone at work who had just bought a caravan.
This topper set from Papercreator called Gone Camping was just perfect for what I wanted and was easily made to fit the A5 card so there was enough room for everyone to sign it.
A sentiment from Imagine that stamps and some papermania flowers with button centre and the card was sorted
I really dislike making and sending this type of card but it's a necessity sometimes unfortunately.
papers are both by Michele Roos from Whimsy Stamps and sentiment by Imagine That stamps.
I resized the papers layered them onto black card to create a border and stamped the greeting.
This weeks card is for Father's Day which was 16th June here in the UK I made this one for tall child to send to her dad - tongue in cheek sentiment from me lol!
The Papercreator kit I've used is called Good Catch and has sentiments as well as papers and the decoupage for the bear - I've used a sentiment from Lili of the Valley.
Happy Father's Day everyone. This is the card that I made tall child for her step-dad. Wouldn't dare say that it reminds me of him at all lol!....

Card Base: Silhouette Cameo - love being able to make shaped cards
I always try to make my Father-In-Law a Scottish and preferably Isle of Lewis themed fathers' day and birthday card. It seemed like a good idea at the time but 10 years later I'm kind of struggling.................
This is an image off the internet that I've printed onto photo paper for a bit of a shine and matted and layered onto a DL card then added some tartan ribbon which is similar to the correct Morrison one.
Can't believe it's already a month round and time for another challenge at Papercreator! The theme this time is Sparkle! Unfortunately as me and glitter just don't get on although I do keep trying I've resorted to glitter card and gems for my sparkle and you can never go wrong with a bear.
I've made my card with the Make A Wish shaped Easel card I love easel cards they're that bit more special and with this one you can just print and cut it no dodgy measuring.
It's Father's Day in the UK on Sunday and I had a commission for 2 cards for her daughter's godfathers for the day. They are both the same layout but the different paper seems to make a big difference to how they look
It was my turn to choose the challenge at Fussy and Fancy Friday this time and as I may have a few buttons lying around I chose that as my theme
I've used the Papercraftor button flowers decoupage kit today for a Birthday come New Home card - how cute is that button backing paper????
The sentiment is a really really old one that I bought years ago from the GNPE at Harrogate.
This is the Just Because 6x6 card kit although I have added a bit of embossed kraft card, matted the layers onto mirror cards and cut a out a couple of flowers rather than decoupaging him. The sentiment is a Wellington bear one
If you don't want a full card kit there are also just toppers like these Owl ones that also includes a backing paper although mine is a First Edition Daydream one cut in an arched window using my Silhouette. The sentiment is a Lili of the Valley one.
As I had a couple of images spare I used them to put on the front of a couple of notepads that I keep handy.
Not sure about this one - Designed to Delight maybe? Ticket by Whimsy
Lili of the Valley and Cuddly Buddly Sentiment
Pollycraft and Blonde Moments sentiment
I've been a rubbish blogger so far this month and I have a lot of birthdays so lots of cards have left Padster towers - anyhoo here they all are.
And I have a new stamp for the back of my cards from Nicky at Stamping All Day there's a huge choice of verses and they're really reasonable - I ordered this one and had it in a couple of days.
