Easter Bunny's Recipe

Please note: This product is for decorative purposes only. Don't combine papercrafts and candles unless you have good house insurance and a thing about firemen!!!

Over at OSAAT this week it's a blog hop following the bunny to collect clues to a recipe and then make a card using 5 of them.
I just loved this image from Lexis Creations called Lillie with tulips that you can buy from Stitchy Stamps (unfortunately that knocked 2 from my recipe list :c))but it's so gorgeous I just had to use it.
I was then left with:
2 patterned papers - used the bit with the details on of the tulip paper so only know its from Crafty Island, the spotty bit is Daisy and Dandelion Some Bunny Loves You
Ribbon - from stash
Buttons & Beads - wired the 2 together
Just don't do glitter as it gets all over the cat so stamped bunnies onto the ribbon with stazon in the hope that I'm not cheating lol!

Loads of Easter challenges at the moment so I would like to enter it into:
Dare U to Digi Stamp
Stampin for the Weekend
Fussy and Fancy Friday
and Creative Craft World

Other ingredients: Martha Stewart Lattice Punch and Clean Air Yankee Candles

HYXGT!!

Doesn't look as if I've done much this week as you can't see all the horrible white that has taken me hours lol!
The odd round bits above his head are actually his back - it will all become clear hopefully...............

MSE K.I.S.S Challenge

The challenge on MSE at the moment is K.I.S.S. - keep it simple in my case skinflint.
Once I'd made this I realised that the only thing that I hadn't snaffled for free was the card blank itself.
Image was a freebie from Bugaboo and the paper and even the peel off was given to me by a friend. I did buy the herringbone embossing folder and the cuttlebug star dies though :c)

Woof!

I spotted this gorgeous image on Beary Dust Designs and just had to use it - the layout is the current sketch on Moving Along With the Times

Why do children grow?

My not so small child had literally outgrown her bed as she was hitting her head on the sloping ceiling every time she sat up lol!

Todays job was emptying her room to destroy the bed and put the new one in. This was before.............
All this came out of it and I was having a small panic that it wouldn't all go back in without the cupboard under the bed. Fortunately the storage under the new bed swallowed most of it lol!

After 30 minutes of trying there was no way the new one was going through the door at the bottom of the stairs with enough room to turn it so it had to come in through the spare room window - fortunately they are tilt and turn so I lent out to grab it while my husband balanced it on his head and climbed the step ladders (yes it is like Fawlty Towers here at times).

We now magically have a new room and no we didn't build an extension today as well. She was so excited to have a proper bed that when her friend asked her if she wanted to sleep over tonight she was out the door in 10 mins. Still least I have somewhere to go if his snoring keeps me awake LOL!

Easter Bunnies

Neither of my friends Grandchildren are allowed to eat much chocolate so I had to get creative with raisins lol! The plastic eggs were in a pack of 8 from the pound shop so I halved the bottom of an egg box and made a box to fit round it.

I have no idea what make the bunny paper is but know it came from Craft Island in their sale wish I'd bought more than one sheet as they're so cute.

I'd like to enter them into the C.R.A.F.T. challenge which is Easter

Something completely different...........

well for me anyway. CJ from Cowgirl Up stamps has a design call with a difference at the moment. She gave us this image called Lou to work with.
I printed it off and thought Nah! as it was way out of my comfort zone and left it on my craft table but every time I walked past it drew my eye so decided to have a go.
I left it fairly simple as the paper was quite busy but couldn't resist adding a few gems :c)

Back to the Fur!

Phew! I've found my Beary Mojo - was getting a bit concerned that my stash of bears was going unloved but couldn't resist these 2 cuties from Di's Digi Downloads.

This is my final entry for The One Stitch at a Time challenge this week. I found yet another wayward gem so rather than risk opening that dratted wheel again I stuck it on the brad :c)
