Anniversary Card - well sort of!

Normally when my hubby wombles something out of a hotel room I have a major roll eyes moment as it's usually something useless - however last week he came home with a mini bottle of wine.

I made it a new label added a tag and made a box using a decoupage download called lilac rose from here - you should go and have a look as they have loads of freebies to make your craft pennies go further :c)

I would like to enter it into the current Creative Cottage Challenge as it's definitely not a card although that was the idea of it!
