Crafty Place August ATC Swap

Swap theme this month was flowers

ATC made on a scrap of left over lilac embossed card - image stamped 3 times and layered up with foam pads.




Fat page made using Tanda Stamps Mack set 1 embossed with bridal embossing powder (can't see the sparkle in the pic) coloured in then mounted on some Papermania paper and some cardstock

Crafty Place August Card Swap

Swap this month was a trifold card - not sure if this was a cheat but saw the idea on Create & Craft and had to give it a go. The paper is My Minds Eye with a mount of Core'Dinations card embossed with the Victoria Cuttlebug folder and then sanded.

MSE Stitched Card

Although I cross stitched years ago I'd never stitched on a card before.
I found this lovely free template here and used a pin board pin to prick the holes.

Found the mirri card in my stash and the paper is from the Crafty Place stash swap this month - Thanks Rainmac!
The picture doesn't really do it justice as it's a lovely vibrant blue.

Creative Card Crew #24

I now have a grand total of 3 xmas cards made including this cute mousey one.
Paper is from the latest Crafty Place stash swap so have no idea where it came from.

I cut the mouse out and hung him from the tree with a bit of ribbon I found lurking in my box so he swings when the card moves

Crafty Place altered item #2

This month it was to alter a container for craft storage so yet another beer box came in useful.
I covered it with the pink paper that I think came from Papermaze and added a cute Penny Black stamped image cut out with my new oval nesties. It holds my nesties, whispers markers and various bits and pieces.

Pollycraft favourite things #22

This notebook cover uses my favourite teddy stamp that I've had for years and still love to bits :c)
Papers are MME Bloom and Grow. The sentiment was found in a bargain bin rummage at a show I've stamped it on the reverse side of the background paper cut it out with my nesties and attached it through the eyelets with 6 strand embroidery thread so it swings.
The notepads were a pack of 8 from the Pound Shop and are about 6x4 inches so a decent size for a few pennies - more to decorate before xmas!

Crafty place August challenge - Xmas

How on earth was I supposed to make an Xmas card without any red green or gold????

Think I managed it although had to do the mouse twice as I automatically gave him a red hat the first time - lol!

Pink birthday hamper

My friend is potty about pink so have been collecting bits since xmas for her birthday on Sunday. I found so many bits I already made another hamper for a friend getting married from her box of "stuff" and still have a few bits lefts over.

I made a topper using a pollycraft image for this notebook from Tesco - they were selling them 2 for £1 so have a few more to decorate - lol!

Anniversay cards

The card on the left was from my OH to me for our anniversary - far better than any flowers - he made it himself with help from DD!
The one on the right is mine to him - he's potty about the Linux penguin tux (geek alert lol!) Image is from bee crafty and papers are Papermania plus some stick on gems and flowers

Paper is Dovecraft amethyst I cut out some of the butterflys to decoupage from the remainder of the sheet of paper which you can't really see in the pic and added some papermania gems to them
