Lace & Ribbons at I Did it Creations

We are sponsored by the wonderful Stitchy this week at I Did it Creations for our theme of Ribbons and Lace.
I was desperate to use this image called Little Friends and then had a minor fit as I couldn't figure out how to get ribbon on it.
The doily is just a regular one from the cake section, the paper is Papermania Retro Floral and the ribbons are from Meiflower.
Please nip on over to the challenge blog and see what the other girls have created I'm sure with a theme like this they'll be far more girly than mine :c)

Challenges:
Totally Gorjuss - not square (this is DL)
Crafty Creations - anything goes
Creative Craft World - anything but square
Penny's - anything goes
AI Factory - nature walk

Teddy Bo Birthday

I just love this sentiment from Stitchy Bears birthday tickets set so when Gayle from Fairy Doodler asked if I would make her a Teddy Bo sample card I knew it would be perfect :c) Don't you just love his wee wooly hat? Plus he comes coloured - bonus!
Lots of supplies on this one:
MME Wild Asparagus papers, Scalloped Square Nesties, Spots & Dots embossing folder, EK Success paw punch & bear head buttons from EBay.

I would like to enter him into:

Ikkle Bear with a Stitchy Ticket

Christmas Fairy

Stitchy is sponsoring Fussy & Fancy Friday this week with a theme of Winter Wonderland. I've used her gorgeous image Christmas Fairy which you can buy here
I've made an easel card using the largest big scallop circle nestie and cut circles from Craftwork Cards papers that I've had for years appropriately called Winter Wonderland. I added a bargain butterfly sentiment that I picked up at the weekend and a sprinkling of buttons, some stickles and some sakura glitter pens. Sorry for the flare on the photos but I made the base from pearlescent card and took them in a hurry as it then started raining :c(

Celebrate good times dum dum de dum

We're celebrating everything and anything at OSAAT this week so I've chosen Christmas in the hope of actually making all the cards I intend to this year. Yeah right the road to hell is paved with good intentions and all that LOL! This fabby row of snow persons (see I'm even being PC today) is called Snowmen by the lovely Debbie from The Crafty Pad - nip over here to buy
I even tried something new this week which you can see on the close up - I stamped a little snowflake with versamark round the edge of  the image and dug out my arch enemy glitter which once again went everywhere but luckily didn't make the tea taste funny but I could see the cat in the dark LOL! I've coloured with sakura pens and added some gems.

Inky fingered me!

This is Stitchy's image called letters home. I don't normally go for the shabby inky look but decided to give it a go as she is sponsoring the current challenge at Stampin with the Dragon which is to use an ink technique on your project. I've stamped a random background with a letter stamp that has been in my stash for ages and never used, dabbed the ink pad over most of the card and inked the edges. The layout is the current Just Inspirational sketch

Stitchy sponsored colour combo challenge

Our glorious leader at Stitchy Bear Stamps is sponsoring the challenge this week at Crafty Creations with a theme of green red & brown (must admit it's not one of my fave colour combos but I gave it a go). I've used Stitchy's slightly scary image Sookie for my card and the brown paper is from her fall foliage pack. The layout is from Cute Card Thursday

Happy Birthday OSAAT

It isn't OSAAT's birthday this week but it is the theme of our challenge. Did you guess right from my sneaky peek yesterday?

It's a little known fact that Stitchy also does papers and I've used her P&B set available at the store to make my desk caddy come box this week.

The happy wording is a Hero Arts stamp and the birthday is one I had custom made a couple of years ago. The EK Success retro flower punches have also had another outing - don't tell me I don't use my stash LOL
I followed the tutorial from here but made it with a 9x9 piece of white Core'dinations.

I would like to enter it into:

Colour Challenge at I Did It Creations

We're on our first Sunday challenge at IDIC this week and have a colour theme of Blue Beige plus a colour of your choice. I had a bit of a problem picking a 3rd colour so have gone with silver in the end. Stitchy bless her heart is our sponsor again this week and I've used one of her newer images called Tiffany. I'm not sure she's supposed to be an Xmas image but they were the only blue & beige papers I could find in my non existent stash LOL! (that might be a small fib I just didn't want the piles of paper to fall on me and I was too lazy to go upstairs to look so went for the freebie digi option)
The bow is a double one using blue and silver organza ribbon that the lovely Elysia from MSE sent me.

I would like to enter her into:
Cupcake Crafts - Lets go digital
Papertake Weekly - Just one (DP)
Fab N Funky - Livin in a material world
Bee Crafty - Anything goes

Newsflash - Next week IDIC and OSAAT will be having a joint Autism Awareness challenge with a rainbow theme
