I've been stitching as well as making cards - have mainly been using it to keep my hands busy for the last week as it's 7 days and 19 hours since I last smoked (not that I'm counting). If I said it's been easy I would be a big fat liar but it's not as bad as it was. Certain times of day are definitely worse than others and it's given me some extra time each day. I thought it would be harder as hubby smokes but I think the odd passive whiff is actually helping LMAO!
Anyhoo - this cute little guy is called Lickle Ted and will soon be on a cushion for my friends new grandchild due in April - might even get this one finished on time - hmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Hi Debbie, well done hun, I really admire people who can give up, it can't be easy. Never been a smoker myself but been nagging my daughter for years to give up to no avail. This is gorgeous, not cross stitched for ages, I do miss it but my cardmaking has taken over!
Hugs, Barbara xx
