Monster Dad

Monster from Cre8tive Hands at my daughter's request as the card was for her dad / the first Mr Padster's birthday.

The alphabet from Funky Fairies was coloured in paint resized and cut out so it fitted on a DL card - I have loads of these blanks that I never use so watch out for Monster mum LOL!

D'Arcy's Diaries - Mid Challenge Reminder

It's the second week of our use at least 3 flowers challenge at D'Arcy's Diaries - I'm sure this theme was chosen especially with me in mind PAH!

Trusty Papermania blossoms and card candy to the rescue lol!

I've used DARCYSDIARIES_032 and chopped her tail off as she's a mermaid - I seem to be doing a lot of that just at the moment but I have a real problem with colouring shoes and feet (or tails)

The paper which I've embossed to hopefully look like bubbles is First Edition and the sentiment is a discontinued Pollycraft stamp.

Pooh Bear

Pencil case, Purse and another little bag

Not 100% happy about the gingham fabric on the purse but it's kind of cute, matches the lining and I'd run out of Pooh fabric :c)

Little Gingham Bag

Even if I say so myself I was quite pleased with this - what is it I hear you ask?

It's a foldaway shopping bag in it's own little pouch.

The actual bag inside folds out to 12 x 12 and has double stitched seams so it will hold quite a bit especially as it has a nice wide bottom

This little cutie can be yours for the bargain price of £5 posted in the UK.

The sewn items I've been showing on here are mainly samples I can make them in any fabric you wish so long as you give me a chance to get it in as I can't keep too much in stock until after we move.

I have loads of colours of gingham and am hoping to get my little mitts on some polka dots tomorrow :c)

Teddy Bo Tuesday - Spring Flowers

Having forgotten to check exactly what the theme was for the current challenge - I kind of forgot the spring colours although I did remember the flowers

I've used TEDDYBOBEA_121, some sadly neglected First Edition Papers and a must have set of Carnation Creation Dies that I've maybe used once.

Rather than a card today I've made a door hanger type thingy although the weather was far too rubbish to get a decent photo of it hanging on the handle

I've known for a few days but have managed to keep it quiet :c) I start in May when hopefully the house move will be all over and done with and I can create in my new huge craft room

Hubby had a major roll eyes moment when I told him and couldn't understand why I was grinning.

A big Easter Sunday wave to my new followers - only 5 more until I will have some more candy - aka stuff I've found since I've been sorting the house out that I'd forgotten all about - ribbon is looking a likely contender at the moment **grins**

It's D'Arcy Day

Unfortunately things just didn't go to plan here yesterday and I haven't got anything D'Arcy to share with you.

It was a day of chasing up and sorting out and I ended up really wound up by about 2pm. When I'm like that I turn into the Duracell bunny and am completely unable to sit still or concentrate so nowt got made.

Tall child is also on holidays at the moment - I wonder if it's wrong to wish your child still needed an afternoon nap??? And her going to bed at 7:30 would be fabulous - sadly neither of these things happen at the great age 12 so my ears are very tired bless her LOL!

I do have some stitching to share - this will be cushion number 2 for my new craft room if we ever get our house paperwork all tied up and sorted - don't get me started again :0)

What a miserable day it is here today - just right for the school Easter holidays grrrrrr!

Good for putting the kettle on like this little cutie from Elphine House. Not quite sure about the pink sentiment now I've seen the photo but it matches better in real life and the card is already in the post :c)

A Makeshift Slide

I love this cute Sassy Cheryl's image even though I bought it ages ago and only got round to colouring it this evening so Hubby could take it to his mum's as their Easter card

I've used pastels so I can enter the Sassy Cheryl's weekly challenge. The card I made the centre step base from actually has daisies on it although they don't show in the picture.

The ribbed pearl card was in my offcuts box and I made the border with a Nellie Snellen die.

I would also like to enter the Anything Goes challenge and the Cutie pie challenge 

as this is my favourite cute stamp (well today anyway lol!)

Spring Has Sprung at Teddy Bo

No1 & 2 girls

Cre8tive hands is doing a whole series of these number bears - I think it's up to no 8 today - I've added a couple of flower gems to mine. I would like to enter the Craft Your Passion dots challenge with this one

I had great plans to make several with lots of different ages on but as I have the attention span of a gnat I got bored so have a boy 2 and both boy and girl 3 sat on my desk looking at me in a really cute way lol!

No 1 Boy

Just a quicky today as it's the school holidays and both the child and the cat have been driving me crazy already plus it's freezy cold here today and has just started raining - where has all that lovely weather gone!!!!

I've used some really old Papermania backing paper with stars on for this cute card using a freebie bear from cre8tivehands so I'd like to enter the Critter sketch challenge with it's star theme and Crafty Emmas No Girls Allowed
